Global Health Governance: Addressing Globalization and Health Inequities is a free online public health class offered by St George’s, University of London in the United Kingdom. Anyone who has an interest in public health is invited to enroll in this introductory course. The class discusses how public health fits into the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development established by the United Nations. By the end of the course, students will have a deeper understanding of the public health challenges facing the world and how global, national and local governments are working to correct inequities in health care. The class lasts for three weeks and requires a time commitment of three hours. After watching the videos and completing all supplemental assignments, students who finish the course can pay $59 for a certificate of completion.
