This introductory Business and Management course is to build negotiation skills and learn how to use and apply negotiation strategies. Negotiation is the key to business success, and its skills can lead to career advancement.
To successfully complete this course and improve ability to negotiate, the participant must watch the short interactive videos which also contain quizzes, complete the negotiation in module 6, as well as take the final exam in module 7 with at least an 80% score. However, it’s a Mastery Exam, which means it can be taken as many times as possible until the material is mastered. Instructions are given in English, however subtitles are available in English, Ukrainian, Chinese (Simplified), Portuguese (Brazilian), and Spanish.
Participants will learn about, and practice the four steps to a successful negotiation:- Prepare: plan your negotiation strategy; Negotiate: use key tactics for success; Close: create a contract; Perform and Evaluate: the end game. The course is free to audit, but might require a small fee to purchase a certificate of completion. Financial aid is also available to those who qualify.
