In this course you will learn how children overcome challenges related to traumatizing events and hazardous experiences. You will what can be done to protect children during wars and disasters and how you can help foster resilience in children.
In this course you will analyze how trauma affects children, what systems are crucial for child development and key takeaways from fifty years of resilience research. You will also explore how this research is applied in real life contexts around the world.
